This Agreement is entered into by and between Michelle Boyde ("Provider") and you ("Client") as of the date of purchase.

Service Description
The Provider agrees to deliver the “The Liminal Reset” and/or “The Personal Success Scorecard” package(s), which are designed to assist the Client in feeling calm and excited about the possibilities of what’s next. As well as auditing where they are in terms of their desires, genius and legacy.

Intellectual Property and Non-Disclosure
The Client acknowledges that all materials, prompts, frameworks, and content shared in these activations are the intellectual property of the Provider. The Client agrees not to copy, share, or distribute this content with any third party without the Provider’s express written consent.

No Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of this offer and the proprietary intellectual property shared, no refunds will be granted for any reason. The Client agrees to this policy upon purchase.

Spiritual Disclaimer
